Leggo Ego

It Runs & Ruins

EGO - is the only requirement to destroy any relationship. So, be a bigger person, skip the ‘e’ and let it ‘go’!

This psyche power trip has got to stop - AKA - ‘EGO.’ Someone must bust the continuum of the power struggle. Why must you control everything? What happens when your ego gets hurt? Why is everything offensive? Why is everything an insult? Is it them? Maybe it’s you!

Are you fed up with this ‘EGO’ bullshit? Read ahead to see how you can transform your life in minutes as long as you continue on a new path to success and freedom. Immense freedom will be in your psyche.

Tips to Curb Your Ego

Has there ever lived a time in your past when your ego sweetened a predicament? I surely hope you are cognizant that the preceding statement was utterly rhetorical. EGO compels your desire to control what is not even under your control, provoking you to feel unworthy. Thus this will deepen existing insecurities. To cover it up, guess what the human psyche reverts to; you thought correct: EGO!

Check out the following suggestions to let go of this massive unnecessary, destructive clusterfuck and learn to redeem your humility and empathy. Which, when reached, will feel ultimately liberating in more ways than perceived.

  1. Let go of control - Ego desires to control and micromanage everything in your life. It profits if you regularly assure yourself and your ego of what is and is not within your control. Your ego will constantly strive to control. You must maintain it and become its pilot to blossom in life.

  2. Check out my previous blog, 'I can be WRONG.' Your ego is the origin of contention and disharmony because it likes you to be correct, making other people wrong. Letting go of your requirement to be right is very effective, even entitling people to win, even when you understand they are wrong. How significant is the concern? Will it matter five minutes or a year from now? If not, let go and move on. Increase your humility, and your ego will no longer intercept your growth.

  3. Stop feeling offended - If you allow matters to offend you, it only drains your energy. The behavior of others isn't a rationale for becoming bitter. Concentrate on your behavior. Your ego persuades you that the people should be how you want them to be: this is unintelligent. Please eradicate it.

  4. You can't and should not need to win all the time - Your ego treasures to diverge the world into winners and losers, though this is not factual. Someone somewhere will invariably be more intelligent, faster, and younger than you, which doesn't make you a loser. Don't allow your ego to drive you to feel unworthy. Because eventually, winning all the time is impossible.

  5. Know when to stop - The ego is never quenched. No matter how much you acquire, your ego will forever desire more. You'll encounter yourself in a persistent condition of striving and reaching for untried pursuits making it so you will never actually get them.

  6. Don't be arrogant - Genuine leadership isn't about being better than someone else; it's about being better than you used to be. Your ego will desire to reveal that you are better than everyone with success. Stay humble, focus on your growth and support others.

  7. You are not your stature or triumphs - It's remarkable and essential to bear accomplishments. Though be grateful for them. The less you require to accept credit for your achievements or expect people to acknowledge them, the more you will succeed in life. (I need to labor more on this one. I practiced most of the others and experienced success. It took me years, and the most demanding was 2021. Not anymore.) I've secluded myself for a few months to work hard on the changes I want to see within myself. I will no longer tolerate my body behaving to old habits. Regardless of others who stunt their growth, I will not let it affect my growth.

No one said it was easy to modify your years of old habits. On the flip side, how much trouble does your ego get you into? Have you any idea the blockade's positioning in your mind, body, soul, and energy vibes around you? I let go so much this year. Not just from this year, but from years and years. I m not going to feed myself poison any longer. I want to live a beautiful life. I have only one life, and I intend to make the best of it. What about you? How many lives do you have? How much time do you have left? Do you know? What will make you drop that heavyweight ego? If you believe you are happy now, drop that ego, and I guarantee you will have never been happier.

Kissing My EGO Goodbye,
